Woodstock's bird mural (on it's last day, after the wind storm, but right before the snow storm), on our most artisanal block in Woodstock -- which is around Dundas St., and the intersections of Light & Brock Streets to Vansittart Avenue.
Other artisanal businesses in our little chunk of downtown Woodstock include Prime Barbershop, Crybaby Tattoo, The Record Works, Quench Boutique / Quench Photography, Chick Boss Cake, Little Yoga Garden, Nerdz Café, Shop420, and no banks but two of the credit unions in town (Meridian and YNCU). We'll also soon be joined by Early Bird Coffee, which is opening in Fall 2021, where James Wright's upholstery storefront used to be (375 Dundas Street).
I tried to decide where the lines should be -- just our block, or the pieces around it too -- when listing the businesses. There's definitely something about the west end of downtown being more artistic, and having more creative businesses; but I don't quite have a name for it (or have it worked out yet, where the section / "zone", should be limited to).
