We're currently looking to fill a commercial unit for 386 Dundas Street, in Woodstock, Ontario; which is a renovated building, has beautiful curb appeal, and is available for February 1st, 2020.
The unit is almost 1,600 square feet, and is zoned C5, and we're also willing to throw in you placing an ad / signage on the side of the building for the first 6 months to a year (without having to rent said additional signage, so you'll have more visibility to potential customers at no extra cost); with three empty lots next door, where the bowling alley used to be located, and situated at the cross-section of two highways, we have tons of vehicle and foot traffic, which means you're business will get noticed! In fact, you'll be putting your sign there at the perfect time, as we're about to start re-vamping said space (with a grid system being made to make the advertising greater stand out).
